The operating system for engagement platforms
PackOS exists because launching a gamified engagement product — mystery packs, Spot the Ball, predictions, instant wins — means building a dozen hard systems before you earn a single customer. We built those systems once, properly, so operators don't have to.
Our story
PackOS is developed by CR15 Media. It started as the engine behind our own products: FCPacks, a football mystery pack platform, and Fairway, a golf Spot the Ball game. Building them exposed how much hidden infrastructure sits behind a “simple” pack opening — probability engines, closed-credit wallets, secondary marketplaces, fulfilment, provably fair verification and a full operator console.
Rather than rebuild that stack for every new idea, we turned it into multi-tenant infrastructure. Today PackOS powers those live products and is available as a white-label platform for any operator who owns an audience and wants to launch fast.
How we build
Infrastructure, not templates
We ship a real multi-tenant platform — wallets, fairness, marketplace, fulfilment — not a themed front end you still have to power yourself.
Trust by default
Provably fair openings and auditable competition judging are built in, because credibility is what keeps operators and their customers safe.
Live in production
Everything we build is proven by real products. If it isn't good enough for FCPacks or Fairway, it isn't good enough to ship.
Part of CR15 Media
PackOS is a CR15 Media product. We operate our own live platforms and license the underlying infrastructure to partners, which means the tools you launch on are the same ones we trust with our own business.
