FAQ
Pricing questions
- How much does PackOS cost?
- PackOS uses custom pricing based on the modules you launch, whether you run one brand or several, and expected volume. Because it is infrastructure rather than a fixed SaaS product, commercial terms are agreed per operator. Book a demo for a tailored quote.
- Is there a revenue share or a flat fee?
- We support both models depending on the deployment. Some operators prefer a platform fee, others a revenue-share arrangement. We'll recommend the structure that fits your business during the commercial conversation.
- Are there setup costs?
- Setup depends on branding, inventory and any custom compliance work. Because the platform is already built, onboarding is measured in weeks rather than the months a from-scratch build would take.
- Can we start with one product and add more later?
- Yes. Many operators launch a single module, then add products over time. Because everything shares the same wallet, rewards and CMS, expanding your platform does not mean rebuilding it.
